Deep Tissue Massage
Great for those with chronic muscle problems, this massage uses more pressure than a Swedish massage & helps relieve tight muscles, chronic muscle pain, and anxiety. Choose a 60-min ($125) or 90-min ($165) massage.
Sleep Massage
Sleep massage is a great choice to help with insomnia and anxiety. Relax your body with gentle techniques to give you a good night’s sleep. Choose a 60-min ($125) or 90-min ($165) massage.
Sports Massage
A massage technique used to increase flexibility and performance. A sports massage can be used to relieve pain, anxiety and muscle tension. Choose a 60-min ($125) or 90-min ($165) massage.
Prenatal Massage
Helps relieve aches and pains in the back and neck, and alleviates leg cramps. Prenatal massage can also help improve circulation, tension and anxiety. Choose a 60-min ($150) or 90-min ($185) massage.
Hot Stone Massage
Similar to Swedish massage, but with heated stones to help increase relaxation. The stones help relieve tension and allows the massage to be delivered without excessive pressure. Choose a 60-min ($150) or 90-min ($185) massage.
Back-To-Back Massage
Spa Theory sends one massage therapist and you and a friend enjoy the massage technique of your choice one after the other. Price ranges from $249-329 depending on duration: 60-min or 90-min each.
